Program Description
Five-year dual degree program leading to the MD and a Masters in areas that complement the mission of the program. These might include MBA, MPH or Masters in Public Policy.
This year’s class will be composed of approximately 12 students. Students will identify with one of the three programs PRIME UCLA-CHS (4) , PRIME UCLA-UCR(4) and PRIME UCLA-CDU(4).
A commitment to serve, and experience working with, diverse medically disadvantaged populations is paramount.
Each program will coordinate with the others but acceptance will be to UCLA PRIME. Applicants offered secondary applications will identify their preference(s) to which UCLA PRIME program that they’re interested in whether UCLA-main, CDU-UCLA, UCR-UCLA.
