Application
We are looking for outstanding individuals who will become physicians engaged in health careers and leadership in policy, research, administration and clinical care that addresses the needs of underserved populations.
Candidates will be evaluated using criteria that includes experience with, and commitment to, working with underserved populations as well as experience in leadership roles. Additional review of the strength of the application will include, a secondary application, letters of recommendation and for the final round of candidates structured personal interviews.
Students interested in any of the three Prime Programs should apply via AMCAS using the separate Program Code under UCLA PRIME. UCLA PRIME applicants are evaluated by an admissions subcommittee composed faculty from all three institutions.
Students will apply through the AAMC’s AMCAS program.
