Eligibility To be eligible for coverage, you must (a) apply for coverage under the Policy; (b) be an Eligible Person; and (c) be a member of an Eligible Class. To be an Eligible Person, you must meet the following requirements: 1. be an employee Actively at Work for the Employer; 2. be regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week; 3. be a citizen or legal resident of the United States, its territories, or Canada; 4. not be a temporary or seasonal employee; and 5. not be a full-time member of the armed forces of any country.
