Implementing the ANGEL Course Management System, Fall 2003

In the Fall of 2003, IDTU facilitated the evaluation and acquisition of ANGEL course management system to deliver DGSOM four year web based curriculum. ANGEL allowed decentralization of course authoring, with several faculty, and department staff assisting with course authoring and management activities. First year students have embraced it favorably as a system that allows individualization and control over their own learning.
