The Patient Log is a palm application for students to keep track of patients encounter during their hospital rounds. Students are required to fill out patient information such as, patient age, gender, ethnicity, patient's diagnosis, complaints, or any procedures performed on the patient. All submitted data would be sent the next time they sync and can be viewed through to the PDA Log Portal.
