1. Do I have to purchase DynaMed?

DynaMed Answers:

1. No. The UCLA Biomedical Library has purchased an institutional license.



2. E-mail dynamedsupport@epnet.com using your BOL e-mail address to request a serial number for your handheld device.
   Note: Please do not use any personal e-mail accounts such as @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or @gmail.com when making a request for a serial number, for authentication reasons they cannot validate that you are affiliated with UCLA when using these e-mail addresses.



3. If you do not have these login values already, you must register a new User ID and Password at that time with Skyscape for the installation process to proceed.



4. DynaMed requires 64 megabytes of disk space on either the PDA device or a memory card for Palm devices.
